Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to every use of INTEL.
Good-faith intelligence work

Do not use INTEL for threats, targeted harassment, stalking, extortion, blackmail, discriminatory abuse, coordinated brigading, malicious false reports, or publishing sensitive personal data primarily to intimidate or facilitate harm.
Evidence integrity
Do not fabricate, deceptively edit, destroy provenance for, or knowingly mislabel evidence. Do not falsely claim material is official, verified, primary-source, or unaltered.
Security and automation
Do not bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, file restrictions, moderation controls, or safeguards; probe or exploit INTEL without authorization; distribute malware; or intentionally disrupt the service.
Illegal and infringing material
Do not use INTEL to facilitate crime, exploitation, fraud, or infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
Enforcement
INTEL may remove or restrict content, preserve evidence and audit records, limit features, suspend accounts, and make disclosures when legally required or reasonably necessary to address credible threats. Context, public interest, severity, repetition, and risk of harm may inform enforcement.
