Corrections & Disputes Policy
INTEL is designed to preserve an intelligible record of how an investigation changes. Material errors should be corrected without silently erasing relevant history.
What can be disputed
You may dispute a factual statement, identity match, relationship, evidence description, source attribution, verification state, or other INTEL record that you believe is materially inaccurate, misleading, misattributed, outdated, unlawful, or missing essential context.
How to submit a dispute
Use available reporting or correction tools where provided, or contact contact@tituspaine.com. Identify the exact page or record, the challenged statement, the requested correction, why it is inaccurate or incomplete, and supporting source material when available.
Review
INTEL may compare the challenged material with primary records, provenance, prior versions, submitted evidence, and other reliable sources. INTEL may contact contributors or affected parties for additional information.
Possible outcomes
INTEL may correct a record, add context, attach a dispute notice, change a verification state, restrict visibility, remove content, leave the record unchanged, or preserve both the original and corrected versions where history is materially relevant.
Urgent matters
Reports involving credible threats, exposed authentication secrets, intimate imagery, highly sensitive identifiers, or another risk of imminent or serious harm may receive temporary restriction while reviewed.
Good-faith disagreement
INTEL does not remove accurate source material merely because it is unfavorable or disputed. Opinions and competing interpretations may remain when clearly presented as such and consistent with platform rules.
Audit integrity
Corrections should preserve provenance and appropriate audit history. Moderators and investigation owners may not use correction tools to create a false historical record.
