Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern accessing, reading, searching, sharing, and contributing to INTEL and supplement the Terms of Service.
Public information
A record's presence on INTEL does not mean INTEL endorses it or guarantees it is current, complete, authentic, or true. Review sources, provenance, verification states, corrections, disputes, and context before drawing conclusions.
Permitted use
Public INTEL pages may be used for lawful research, civic participation, journalism, education, accountability work, and personal informational purposes. Ordinary linking to public pages is permitted.
Restricted use
Do not use INTEL to harass, threaten, stalk, unlawfully discriminate, facilitate harm, create unlawful dossiers, make unauthorized high-impact eligibility decisions, misrepresent INTEL material as an official government finding, defeat technical controls, or republish information in a way that independently violates another person's rights or applicable law.
Attribution and context
Do not deceptively alter the meaning of INTEL material or omit verification, dispute, correction, or provenance context in a way that creates a materially false impression.
Automated access
No right is granted to bypass rate limits, authentication, robots directives, or safeguards. Automated access must not degrade INTEL, create unreasonable load, or evade restrictions.
