INTEL respects copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights while recognizing that lawful quotation, criticism, reporting, research, public records, and other uses may be protected or permitted by law.
Submitting material
Only submit material you have a right to submit. Do not falsely claim ownership or remove rights-management information in a deceptive manner.
Copyright complaints
A copyright complaint should identify the copyrighted work, identify the INTEL material claimed to infringe with enough information to locate it, provide the complaining party's contact information, state a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or law, state that the information supplied is accurate, and be signed physically or electronically by the rights holder or authorized agent. Review and removal
INTEL may request additional information, restrict access while a claim is reviewed, remove material when appropriate, restore material when a claim is withdrawn or otherwise resolved, and preserve records necessary to document the action.
Counter-notices
A person whose material was removed may contact contact@tituspaine.com with identification of the removed material, its prior location, the basis for believing removal was mistaken or the material is authorized, contact information, and any statements or consent required by applicable law. INTEL may forward a counter-notice to the complaining party where appropriate.
Repeat infringement
INTEL may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights in appropriate circumstances.
Other intellectual-property complaints
Trademark, right-of-publicity, or other intellectual-property concerns should identify the right asserted, the challenged material, the requested action, and supporting information and be sent to contact@tituspaine.com.
